This can connect to how sharks are able to sense electrical currents. \nMay: Growth ObservationsThis Activity comes from our mad scientist theme\, all about weird\, cool and wacky science Experiments relating back to the ocean but also being precise about the scientific method and making the kids think and see outcomes. Using the predict and outcome model that reflects on the more complex hypothesis and research methods work\, it creates an easy way for kids to begin thinking in that mindset while still having fun. \nJune: How Deep is the Sea?This activity comes from our deep-sea theme\, we try to answer the million-dollar question\, how deep is the Sea? We use a connecting poster to explain the different depths for different layers in the ocean and its range of temperatures.
