CALLING ALL YOUNG ARTISTS!!!!

Be a part of Ocean Institute’s history as we get ready to celebrate 50 years of ocean education!

Children ages 5-13 are invited to enter our 50th Anniversary Drawing Contest for a chance to have your picture featured in Ocean Institute’s 2027 50th Anniversary Commemorative Calendar! We’re looking for your best photos of marine life, Dana Point, tall ships, ocean adventures, or memorable moments at Ocean Institute. Help us celebrate the past 50 years by sharing the people, places, and experiences that make Ocean Institute so special through your lens.

Selected photographers will be notified by phone or email.

Deadline for submission is SEPTEMBER 18TH 2026!

How to Enter:

Create an original drawing then mail or hand-deliver it to:
