Ocean Institute Ticket Refund Policy:

Please note that tickets for all events at Ocean Institute are non-refundable.  If there is an illness, or medical emergency, please send a medical note to guestservices@oceaninstitute.org.

Ocean Institute Transfer Program Policy:

If you would like to reschedule your event to a future date, and there is availability, we can accommodate your request. All rebookings must be completed within 30 days of the original program date. If a new booking is not made within 30 days all payments will be released to Ocean Institute without the option of rebooking.
